The variation in these red rock cliffs near Moab is so incredible. The longer I look, the more I see. Which is such a challenge for painting. I tried to have fun with the details while also simplifying. This view of the cliffs across the Colorado River is near Lower Onion Campground along Route 128 outside Moab.
